Version 6.5 was released to the AppStore.
This version brings a few interesting tweaks following your feedback.
This is a good opportunity to thank all the users who took the time and provided a constructive feedback.
The truth is a major version is already in process, but the increasing pile of good ideas convinced me to release an intermediate version.
So these are the improvements in this version:
- Music quick launch now contains recent played music from Apple-Music and Spotify. This will save some tapping, if all you want to do is browse for the same playlist you heard a few days ago.
- By the way, the same functionality is also available from the mini player. In the mini-player it also includes your latest Radio Stations and Podcasts. Just drag it up and choose.
- Set default volume for music/radio/podcasts player. This will allow you to set the default volume, on entering - the different players will adjust the volume to this default and save you the need to do this manually.
- Direct run of a specific shortcut from Shortcuts App by name. If you are Shortcuts app user you will really enjoy this one. This feature will allow you to set a specific Shortcut name, this way you can run it directly from iCarMode's main screen. See this for more details.
- Following your suggestions, I've added more radio stations to the endless list of radio stations. Feel free to contact support@icarmode.com to suggest any radio station you're missing.
- Bug fixes and under the hood improvements - following your reported bugs, squashed some nasty ones - thank you!
